More than ever, the winners and successes must overcome today's greatest enemy: being drawn into emotional drama and chaos. There will always be issues to be concerned about. With that said, it should never be at the expense of channeling our energy away from the only thing over which we have control, and that's our own lives. Success stories are consistently from those who visualize their dreams, then focus daily energy into making them materialize. The vision is the blueprint. The work is the building process. One day, you'll have your castle!

Each of you has been dealing with isolation and stress from a year of pandemic. If that isn't enough, we're bombarded daily with dramatized levels of negativity. Bad news and fear sell, and the worry factories have been producing like never before. Millions spend more time ingesting these retold stories than working to actualize their dreams. The good news is that we can reset our focus, unlike those sidetracked by drama.

I love working with young people studying and practicing to bring their dreams into reality. Capturing this magic is my favorite part of being a photographer, which is "my" dream. Surround yourself with people "becoming," rather than people "watching and talking." It will energize you like nothing else can.
