Another Busy Week For Parents

As I wish this busy Mom a Happy Birthday today, I want to send all Moms and Dads a thank-you on Monday morning. You're beginning another week, as you do year after year, to support and raise your children. It's an often thankless job, and children can't possibly comprehend how much effort it takes. Working to provide and prepare food, provide a home, clothing, etc., and take care of daily physical and emotional needs, makes parenting the most under-saluted job on the planet.

As Hollywood continues to invent more and more awards for themselves, no one invents any for parents. In the scope of what matters most, I think the tables should be turned around.

So, as you busy Moms and Dads contribute another week of energy, time, and attention, I'm giving each of you the Zogaria award for caring and effort. No, it won't be on TV, but it'll live on in your children for generations. It doesn't get any more important than that!
