Ending The Week With Eyes Open To Beauty

It's nice to begin and end the week with beauty. More than ever, it's what we need to find amidst the overwhelming noise tossed at us every day. There is so much beauty around us, from sunrises, to shapes made by nature, to people like this lovely model, to kindnesses shared between ourselves and others.

If you find yourself becoming overwhelmed by life's heaviness, challenge yourself to see even one thing that's beautiful. Soon it will become a habit, and you'll notice all you've missed with your eyes down or on your phone, etc. It will lift your hope and spirit from much of the depressing noise we're bombarded with outside of nature, and outside ourselves.
