Grateful For Each Nice Person In Life

In my careers as a musician, occupational therapist, physical therapist, and photographer, I'm so grateful for one thing: each nice person I've met in my work has blessed me more than I can express! Life is nothing without other people. We naturally give thanks for our immediate families, yet must be careful not to overlook the incredible gift of each kind person we share special moments with.

As I wish this young lady a Happy Birthday today, I think back of the many images we created together, simply in pursuit of beauty and magic. Isn't it an incredible blessing how people outside our family enrich our work and lives? Without them, our human experience would be so small.

Never overlook the blessing each person is who shares moments of kindness, creativity, or simple caring with you. When we toss the word angels around, maybe we're missing how many real ones we've known!
